If you don't see your automatic recordings, ask your admin to grant you access. By default, only admins can access your automatic recordings.If your admin granted you access to another phone user's recording, you can only access these call recordings using the Zoom web portal.Use the Zoom web portal to view call history and recordings if you need to filter calls by date or contact.If you enabled contacts integration, you can also create a new contact from a call history entry. If you have Zoom Phone activated on your account, you can use the Zoom client to view your call history, including missed and answered incoming calls and outgoing calls.
